Our vision is to create a MAAEYC that has strong local affiliate chapters actively participating in and supporting both the state organization and activities in their own communities.
To become an active resource center, intended to acquire and disseminate information to local chapters about professional development, current research, public policy initiatives and legislation, and accreditation. The goal is to create a statewide network of informed early childhood professionals and parents.
To offer professional development and leadership opportunities designed to build a diverse, well-educated, stable, and fairly compensated workforce for Massachusetts.
To collaborate with families, educators and agencies to support high quality early education and care through professional development and advocacy.
