Flexibility and Communication will be a priority in this role, as circumstances, situations or priorities may change. The Sr. Association Director will be Education Coordinator’s supervisor. When assigned to a center, the EC will work in partnership with that Director on responsibilities and goals for that program and report to that director, with Sr. AD still serving as the supervisor. The EC will be assigned to multiple centers with some programs needing taking priority. The EC will work with the on-site supervisor closely on program, curriculum, environments, etc.
