About the Role:
GraceWorks After School & Child Care Program is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. GraceWorks provides full-time, year-round childcare services to children ages 15 months up to 14 years old. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the smooth running of the office which includes: maintaining program files, monthly billing, data entry, reconciliation of accounts, bank deposits, tracking enrollment, ordering supplies, answering phones, program correspondence, summer program enrollment, payment plans, voucher management, and handling the daily operations of the office.The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of administrative experience, is a mature, dependable, self-starter with excellent problem solving, organizational, & communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong interpersonal, & customer service skills, able to multi-task, & prioritize tasks as needed, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & ProCare Software preferred.
