As the Early Learning Director at the Cape Ann YMCA, you will help support and lead a team of teachers in nurturing the potential of every child in our care. You will be responsible for all aspects of the administration of our infant, toddler, and preschool programs located at our newest YMCA in Cape Ann. The Early Learning Director oversees program development, staffing, supervision, implementation, and evaluation.
