About the Role:
Plan, write, and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum in a literacy-enriched, inclusive, diverse environment. Collaborate with co-teacher(s) and other staff. Maintain parent communication through emails, newsletters and conferences. Complete screenings and assessments in all developmental areas. Assist early childhood education students with assignments and supervise interns. Promote social-emotional learning and a positive classroom environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education or related field, Hold Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) Lead Preschool Teacher Certification, Preference given to persons fluent in Spanish and English or Portuguese and English
