About the Role:
MAAEYC is seeking a qualified individual to provide administrative and operational support for a short-term engagement. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational, administrative, and operational skills who can contribute to essential MAAEYC functions on a limited-term basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative and operational support.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or similar software.
Proficient in website design (WIX or similar) and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience with Continuing Education Unit (CEU) process.
Experience in the nonprofit or education sector.
Experience seeking out grant and foundation opportunities and securing funding.
Experience with the National Association for the Education of Young CHildren (NAEYC).
